The wait is always so long and for some reason it always appears as closed on the Red Rooster app, making it impossible to order online. The building layout is awkward so waiting in the drive-they line is not a fun task as you’re blocking the road unless you’re at the speaker. The hot honey chicken is unbeatable. Red Rooster’s fried chicken is superior to KFC in that every piece is tender and never dry - including the breast. Don’t recommend the coleslaw though - I wouldn’t serve that to my enemy.
Had never been to red rooster before so can’t speak to how this location compares to others but the BBQ Bacon Burger I got was delicious, better than any burger from KFC. Had a great piece of fried chicken with it in the box I got and the mashed potatoes and gravy that it came with was delicious too, just as good as KFC. I’d definitely come back to Red Rooster, awesome guy behind the counter was super friendly and gave me some recommendations since I’m from NZ and had never been here before.nnThe only think I wouldn’t get again was the Cheesy Chicken Nuggets, my wife got them and they were pretty flavourless. Just a gimmick for a limited time I think.
32 mins to get food and they forgot the drinks. Customer waited 6 mins to get served while staff watched the TV. Uber and door dash drivers waiting 20 mins. Staff couldn't care less.
Pathetic service and obviously understaffed -nTook 15-20 minutes to get through drive through and there was only one person in front of us, when we went in.nPeople were going into the store and leaving whilst we were still waiting.nThis is not the first time we have had a long wait but definitely will be the last time.nAs much as we enjoy Red Rooster, we will go elsewhere. I advise you to do the same.
