Since moving to the area nearly 2yrs ago this is my go to Fast Food.. Definitely better than the others for food wise and friendly, helpful service.. I accidentally ordered twice through my Red Rooster app on my credit card by accident and rang the store and got to speak to Lachlan when I realised my mistake.. I had two options get money back or he'll make a note of it to everyone, then I can get that other order at a later date.. I chose at a later date only because I love their food and he was so understanding.. Thank you

Today we had an excellent meal with exceptionally service at Red Rooster Ayr, the food was delicious, fresh and hot, I missed the gravy off the order and the young lady that served our meal to the table brought me the gravy without hesitation at no charge. We will be definitely going back to Ayr Red Rooster.
Some constructive feedback. We ordered a red box, they had no fried chicken, but we were still sold the box and charged full price for it. Chips and chicken tenders were warm and soggy, obviously sitting there for a while. To be totally fair, the rippa sub was decent, and admittedly we came close to closing time, but the quality of food and service should be consistent whatever time of day it is. Especially selling us an item that is only partially delivered red box. Unfortunately won't be going back.
Can sort out a good honey heat chicken .
Put my order in by 4pm for delivery at 7pm. Mine was the last to be dropped off! Bit ridiculous, missing my kids drink! Then asked if I wanted said drink still or not! Um yes And food was cold. Wasnt even worth the 15mins late. Plus ordered sauce didn't even get that, now realised why I stopped ordering from there. Not even worth the 1 star.
Bad experience this is meant to be a loaded chips with extra chicken and gravy dissapointed the manager lachlan was very rude aswell talking to the staff was more offended by his work ethic than the food, god help your staff
Just grabbd a red hot satisfryer and got to say one of the best drive thru meals ive had. Chips were hot and seasoned, all food was hot and fresh and about the same wait time as usual. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work
fried chicken is good. much better than KFC
I purchased a satisfryer and the chips where under cooked and the chicken was over cooked and the size the thigh and 2 legs must have come of a bantom chicken they where so small . If this is the product you are selling I won't be back to waste my money I will go to KFC
