I don’t usually review fast food places but this one is pretty bad. Ordered pickup and everything was undercooked. The tenders had been put in the deep fryer for about 20 seconds and the chips were cold, soggy and had no salt. We couldn’t eat our meal due to being so undercooked and I actually don’t think it’s safe to eat here. The staff definitely aren’t following proper cooking conventions and I’d be worried what’s actually going on in the kitchen. Safe to say I won’t be going back to this one.
No chips in the Tropicana packs ordered and paid for 6 deserts got 4 very very bad
Disgusting, dirty eating area. Shocked when we walked in at the filth on the tables and floors. Couldn’t even use high chair at the sticky stained mess, had to ask staff to clean our table, bins overflowing and dirty, food inedible, chips barely cooked with no salt, would not reccomend. Concerned how this place is running with the mess it was in at the eating areas

Chicken tenders were uncooked. Started to feel sick soon after eating.
Disappointing, roll was hard and stale, chicken was bearly warm and chips we're under cooked!
Absolutely disgusting seems they give 1/2 of what’s meant to be in the flayva have NEVER had a full flava here it’s gross chicken bits resembling nuggets! Lettuce was bitter not tomatoes apparently covid has stopped them getting tomatoes I call BS seems profit over service and getting what you pay for The young girl serving couldn’t be any more miserable oh and when I order chips I expect at last a full box not 2/3 box only red rooster I ever have the issue with aren’t they meant to follow the franchise expectations ? The microwaved wrap was like rubber Staff all look miserable Keep giving them another chance no more now close up or lift your game Prime spot making $$$& there is NO EXCUSE
Just ordered dinner, chips all stale and NO salt at all, corn was cold, chicken came whole and not cut in pieces. I don't understand the business model of having to request for salt rather than just providing it. Had i known i would've asked for salt, but seems like something really trivial to skimp out on.
