I just need to share my experience with a very lovely man who took my order at the drive through. He looks to be of Indian background I apologise if I got it wrong, muscular and had a beard. He is the most loveliest person ever and as always your food is amazing
Chicken not fresh, wraps with no flavour, too much salt on the chips and a clogged up toilet. Quick service though.Food: 1/5
We are regulars at this location. We eat here at least once a fortnight. The service is always great - friendly and helpful. We usually buy the fried chicken pack and they always happily provide plates, cups and cutlery for us to eat in with no fuss. Not the cleanest store but the service makes up for it. Love their fried chicken!
The store was absolutely freezing, great for environmentally sustainability though. Dinning room looks tired. Chicken is the wrap was cold and had obviously been cooked at an earlier time. On a plus side, the service was friendly. You can do better Rood Rooster Hampton Park.
I received excellent, friendly and efficient service at this Red Rooster branch. They actually treated me like a person. And the food was good quality. Thank you! Will be back.
The place was alright although you did have to wait even though there wasn't much customers inside. The food needs to be cooked better as I went to Doncaster a while back and found their food from red rooster better than Hampton park.Food: 3/5
Absolutely disgusting for the 2nd time. 40mins waiting after being told it should take about 10 mins both times. Food was very poorly put together & was only just warm. I'm done with this store & will never go there again
Girl serving at drive through, doesn’t know how to talk to customers. When I asked for buttemilk wings spicy ones, she said sorry we don’t do it. She got really annoyed when I was trying to explain & said we don’t do the spicy wings go to kfc. I live 2mins away from KFC & I was still at red rooster to hear go to KFC woah , never going here again
Disappointing . Ordered a family meal & got 5 wings in the fried chicken pieces. Not happy & not satisfying for a hungry family.
Red rooster is ok. Food is ok, my chips have been soggy 2 times now. Staff are very cold.Food: 3/5
