Great customer service. I was delivered the wrong order and when I called up, the lady on the phone was highly apologetic and would correct the order. Managed to get what I ordered in the end. Mistakes happen but I'm glad they willing to take full ownership and dealt with it in a professional manner so I ended up with a positive experience.
Not a huge fast food fan, however from the minute I walked in I noticed how clean the restaurant is. This was backed up by clean, well presented and friendly young man who served us. Couldnt believe just how clean this was. Well done RR.
I went to Red Rooster at Werrington Downs on 7/12/22 and after waiting for approximately 15 minutes, finally got my meal, went back to my car and drove off. I then opened the box of fries only to find that not only the fries but the entire meal was barely lukewarm. Not piping hot as I expected after a 15 minute wait which poses the question, what in gods name were the staff doing to allow my meal to go almost stone cold before they actually gave it to me. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go to any Red Rooster outlet again. Also the chicken itself was not only cold but very dry and I ended up giving it to my dog. If I could give them half a star I would have. TERRIBLE!!!!!
Amazing staff, very hospitable and kind. I am a Uber driver and on a hot afternoon, I was thirsty looking for water, they offered me a bottle of water. Thats an extra mile approach to treat me as their own staff. Highly recommend store. Thanks to the team there.

Worst customer service, I ordered chicken the day before I was fiat in the door at 10am to pick up. People came in after me and had chicken orders, I waited for 20 mins watching the people that came in after me get their chicken orders. I asked what was going on why my order was taking so long the girl on service this morning proceeded to laugh at me when handing me my chickens
came through drive through yesterday round lunch time got some of the best customer service from a bloke named william he was awesome over the speaker to order our meals, so professional and even helpfull at the window ,went above and beyond for us in his role its very respectfull and professional the way he handles things because usually at maccas and kfc they act like they just want u gone already saying anything else anything else trying to rush you out of there but will is the man he needs a pay rise hes the man 5s from me
I am not getting red rooster again not happy with the food and made me and my wife sick never again the food wasn't of a good standard.
Absolutely disgusting service and food...kids chatting with friends in the drive through window to staff members, 10 minutes waiting only for them to give you the wrong order with cold chips. Not the first time this has happened either. Last time I visit that place.
Slowest driver through anywhere they need to speed it up I’m sure they don’t even know what they are doing
