I've ordered from this place a few times on Ubereats and the such and never really wondered why it took so much longer than the average time it stated, until I actually went there in person. Doesn't seem to be any sort of urgency when preparing your order despite there being only a handful of customers there and what appeared to be a full kitchen. Customer service is the main reason for this rating as the food is alright, but it's seriously put me off going back again
Food was properly cooked and staff is very professional.
Bbq chicken fried chicken and burgers. This store is neat and clean, and the staff are friendly. Located on the street of Woodville road. I like visiting the store when I'm passing through. Very easy to park. The staff provide a quick service and you're out in no time. Parking: Lots of free parking on site. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheel chair access.
The quarter chicken lunch box is the most valuable and cheapest way to eat and save money in this pandemic time. Eat it together with their new crunchy fried chicken makes me super satisfied on my today's brunch hunger lol
Terrible customer service. Went through drive through and the employee couldn't understand anything I said. Went inside and all the cashier could do was mumble and give us attitude. When I asked a question about new menu options she told me that they do not offer meal deals when online there were deals available. This franchise is dying, the least you could do is provide adequate customer service.
Arrived they have no quarter chicken no rooster rolls no rippa rolls. Obviously then didn’t want to serve food because it is around 1/2hr to close to closing time. They said they can serve nuggets or wings it’s a joke for a big franchise they should shut there doors if they can’t do business
Went to Red Rooster Guilford for family dinner worst experience ever. Asked for high chair for baby there was none available. Asked for cups and plates wasn't any available. What we were given for cups were gravy cups . Food was cold tables were dirty. Never again poor management
Don't waste your money here, I made a delivery order of 34$ fired chicken + Wings, but I got a whole chicken and a mini warp??? less 15$ value. Tried call back, but user is busy for 20 mins. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solved, manager had contact me to gives the missing item.
Im a bit of regular here, Very good roasted chicken, Decent seasoning on the chips, Sometimes the service is a bit slower than i prefer, but usually its ohk, If youre in drive thru *Just check your order before you leave the window* because today I ordered a rooster roll combo, got home and found out i got a Rippa combo instead. I still enjoyed my meal but its that much better if its what i asked for
Use to come here always not happy with the service if you order crispy chicken. It takes longer I mean longer waiting time if order crispy chicken and when it's ready the chicken pieces size is like a baby chicken not mature size and BURNT brown color....
