Twice now I have ordered and got home only to realise I have received the wrong order and usually I check but I don’t unwrap the burger. Tonight I ordered the “Spicy” burger box which had a tiny bit of spice rubbed on the bun and was not at all spicy. Pretty disappointing considering I have had that burger from another store before and the chicken was coated in spicy sauce and it was actually pretty decent for a fast food chicken burger. Tonight was much different and a huge let down for the second time. I won’t visit this store again unfortunately.
The roll was so wet and sweaty. Obviously they just heat up them and pass garbage to customers. I couldn’t have the chicken roll and had to return it. Then ordered a salad roll that was slightly better but as you can see in the photo tomato was sticking out of the roll and was freezing cold. Low quality low quality low quality.
just ordered a chicken tender meal from Carine Red Rooster which was $12.95. The tenders were smaller than nuggets. Will not be going back to Red Rooster again. Their overall value compared to other fast food outlets is quite poor.
Recently moved into the area and have been there twice. Both times been let down. The chips are old and rubbery. I'm amazed they have the audacity to even serve them to customers. Our old red rooster at alexander heights had much fresher burgers and chips
I've been going here for years and the food has always been good. Always use the drive through, so I can't comment on the restaurant. They are much better than the one at Warwick as they don't seem to run out of chicken at dinner time like Warwick often does. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I am not going to bother going back to Warwick as this one is not much further to drive. I have only given 4s because I don't like the fact that they use proforma answers to their Google reviews, they would be better to show that they actually read the reviews.
Ordered a strip sub and chicken burger. Sub is half the size it used to be and the burger well let's say that it has also shrunk in size. What are shame. However the price has increased.
Food was dry no chicken disgusting So then we ring up asking if we can get replacement chicken and to be told we had to get fried only as it is to costly to give normal chicken. We would never had ordered fried but they ran out of chicken at 8.30pm and expect to make money
I hadn't been to Red rooster since the car boot chicken incident in February but this place wasn't far off. As i walked up the windows were so filthy i thought the place had closed down. I ordered some food then had a look around and the place was an absolute mess ! The roof was covered in cobwebs, there was sauce on the walls, dead flies on the window sills, benches missing the vinyl covered in clear tape, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week, only 14 of the 36 chairs were at the tables, Leaks from the roof. I didn't dare go to the rest rooms. The staff were friendly and the food was average but if my kitchen looked like that i wouldn't cook in it ! Its Chicken treat for me from now on.
Waited in cue for 7-10 min in an empty shop, food is averagefresh is pretty good at best yet the only redeeming factor is the hand full of nice staff
Me and my wife came came in at 7:10 pm on Sunday night, As we ordered we saw one young boy doing all the cleaning and work while the older Indian managers where talking doing nothing, as well as this poor boy getting yelled at and told to make the orders as they do nothing, we where disgusted with the unfairness with work as they get payed more and do less. Food was old and cold and did not enjoy. We will not come back again and support this unfairness to this poor boy.
