I was really really hungry and stopped here to have a Rippa Roll. Manager was great she took my order happily etc. When the roll arrived the bread was really stale and old. I believe there should be a shelf usage life for bread and then discarded. Unfortunately will be my first and last dining here. I didn’t bother to return it as I was extremely hungry. I took a picture but no way to attach it here. Hope this review will fix the issue. Thanks.
Went here twice, served by the same blonde female frontliner taking the orders. No customer service at all, bored, irritated, and looks like she hates her job. Probably won't come back here since how can Red Rooster expect more customers with this attitude from their staff member?
I ordered a family roast pack, 4 corn cobs and a regular chip in drive through. [The deal came up with 12 pcs off/rotten roasted veggies,cold soggy chips and no butter with corn. I went back to the store with off vegies, and they cash me back for 6 pcs only, no apologies from them. The store manager even did not come front to talk to me as the staff informed him. If i had the option i would have rated the store in negative. Very disappointing.
This red rooster has been amazing until the last month or so. The wait in the drive thru when I am the only one there is 20 minutes. I don't know why when the service used to be fast. Last week I was behind 3 cars in the drive thru. It took about half an hour to get my food. I ordered a rippa sub. It was cold. The chips were cold. When I got home and ate it the chicken strips in the sub were pink. My daughter and I got an upset stomach the next day and we have been sick for nearly a week now. I won't be back any time soon
Chicken was very dry and not very tasty. Chips were nice. I tried the onion rings, very good as are the pineapple fritters. Asked for lemonade was given Lift. Some staff have no idea.
Very stingy with sauces in all burgers and wraps even if u pay for extra owner rips u off and doesn't add extra. I have had this experience on more than one occasion I will not be returning. Manager is or owner is very rude!!!
The manager is so unprofessional when dealing with an incident, as a sharp edge was protruding front the concrete kerb , he stated there was nothing wrong with it , but photo's proved different, and just so happens when it was bought to his attention, it was fixed within two days .
Good food. But very very rude chef. He sounded like he dosnt like his job. Not happy with his rude behaviour. Very polite girl at the front
It's above average when compared to all the red roasters I have visited. Friendly service.
I always get the chips and gravy pack + extra chicken for $1. Delicious, good value for money.
