Moderately clean and not much of a wait when ordering food. They sometimes have $5 meals for kids which are helpful currently a large chicken piece, small drink and small chips Has a Drive Thru and they also deliver to the surrounding area. The deep fried pineapple fritters are my favourite
Tried ordering our dinner through a delivery service, only to be told it would arrive the next day between 10:30am and 11:00am. They close at 10pm and I tried ordering at 8pm, but they still couldn't organise that. Absolutely woeful. It's been nearly 10 years since I've had a good ol' Red Rooster meal and this was my first time using their delivery service. Never again

Really friendly service, very welcoming, clean. The food was really good. Hadn't eaten Red Rooster in many years, and it has improved greatly.
Legit the nicest people working here. Every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant and they go out of their way to help with any requests.
After one of the boys finally came over to serve me , he scratched his head as he entered my order into the computer, dandruff proceeded to fall down his shirt , mmmm great , mouth watering. I then watched as the other boys prepared my order, half of them were not wearing gloves and one of the employees who was wearing gloves used them to brush through his hair and adjust his clothing as he prepared food. Where are the hair nets and hats I finally got my order and drove home , the popcorn chicken was so dry and nasty they were like little bullets , the chicken was so dry and old and the chips were not cooked properly or seasoned well. I would have taken it back , however something tells me a replacement meal wouldn't have been any better.
Food quality is great here compared to other red roosters. Service is a little bit slow, but the legends at the drive thru window are very polite
I had two recent experiences with this store. Both left me feeling disappointed and highly unsatisfied. The first visit: I walked into the store. There was only one other person in front of me who had just placed their order. I ordered two chilli rippa meals and two extra chilli aioli sauces. 28 mins later I finally received my meal. Red rooster is a fast food restaurant. Taking 28 mins to produce two rippas and chips to me a absolutely not acceptable. I could cook chicken at home in just the same amount of time in the air fryer. Not to mention the chips by that time were cold to touch, undercooked and were unseasoned. I also never received the two chilli aioli sauces which I was charged $2 for. The second time I did the drive through. I placed the same order. I mentioned to the staff that the previous time I used the store the chicken was not the same and the chips were undercooked and unseasoned. She said she would make sure the meal is correctly cooked. When I received the meal once again like before the chicken was nasty and dry and the chips looked like they had been cooked twice and were dripping with oil and once again had no seasoning. Another thing to mention is that this store seams to make there own chicken strips which are tasteless, inconsistent in size and dry. She said to me that the chicken tenders they used before were too expensive to buy which contradicts the sign they have on the drive through stating that they cannot get stock. I will never use this red rooster again. If this is the way they serve their customers and cook their food their days are numbered.
Very disappointed in home delivery service. Received notice my order would be delivered at a specific time. I get a call from delivery driver advising me my order was not ready and when he tried to speak to the manager, he was brushed off. It seems if you order on the Red Rooster web site you will probably not get fed. When I attempted to call the store, my first 3 calls were ignored. The delivery driver waited well over half an hour for my order to be prepared. Not a good look for Red Rooster. Definitely lost one customer.
Terribly slow service, got my meal wrong bread roll was stale and to top it off it the chicken roll and chips were cold.
