It is just getting worse day by day. The bread is always bad either it is cold or it weirdly soft. Very less lettuce in burger.

Good fried chicken.... It was a really hot day today and I understand no-one wanted to cook but running out of roast chicken was not expected. Server was really nice in an impossible situation.Food: 5/5
Really good food, I'm loving the new fried chicken. Their herb mayo is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Customer service was great from the manager he was really nice. I'll definitely be in again in the near future :
Always consistently good food, great staff and nice and quick which is great if you’re on a lunch break from work. One of the staff today was kind enough to give me a complimentary desert which was a nice surprise today, thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
Aggressive employee got mad at me I believe the name is Mustafa also the chicken tasted off and my food was cold not to mention they forgot to add my sauce
Got delivery most of the time, very prompt free delivery. Food is ok but quality fluctuates. These can be improved: 1. Gravy has very bad taste, thats why I dont often order meals. 2. Fried chicken is more crunchy and would be better than KFC if not too salty. 4 out of 5 times I got chicken soaked in sea water overnight or st, extremely salty. This is such a shame for fried chicken.
Went here via drive through. Ordered and the servers were very chirpy and happy. I wanted cheesecake for dessert bur they were out of stock of them so they asked me if I'd like to settle for a chocolate mousse instead to which I begrudgingly agreed. Food was cooked fresh which meant we had to wait there at the window for a couple of minutes, but I didn't mind as it was worth the wait to be able to have freshly cooked food. I was never given my mousse though and made it all the way back home to Southbank by the time I'd realised. :'
What has happened to Red Rooster? I came for the microwaved chicken roll and left having tasted the worst fried chicken in Australia. Why are you trying to change what you do best? The Colonel smashes your disgusting attempt at fried chicken. I would rather lick the soles of my shoes , then slap myself in the head with the same footwear, rather than ever have another bite of your chicken...
Disgusting food had hair in it and I got sick for 3 days after eating there burgers
