I do not eat KFC since I got food poising so I went next door one day and never looked back at KFC. The Manager Karlos at this Red Rooster store seems quite helpful and Jess has the most outstanding customer service and professionalism when I attend this store. Store is well positioned, large car park availability, store is exceptionally clean and large amount of indoor seating. Only disappointment about this franchise is value for money.
Food was terrible, received a rooster roll with a meat that could have been anything but chicken. Didn’t receive half my order, how do you think it looked when all my wife got to eat was a small chips! That’s what $125 gets you. The homeless out front were friendlier than the staff
Great improvement on menu, quality, packaging and surprisingly good service as well.
Did an online order for pick up of the burger pack. Got to the store at 630pm let them know was in store, online ordering said will be ready in a few minutes. 10 minutes after standing there waiting 2 burgers and 2 subs were ready. It still took another 10mins to get the chips and nuggets. I was not acknowledged by staff until after 15mins of standing there. Other customers had ordered in store and paid and received their orders. The staff could be heard and seen mucking around and constant giggling: walked out of the store 20mins later. Was not impressed at all with the service. The pack was only warm once received:
Was trying to impress a hot bird with some hot bird. Walked down with my dog to grab our takeaway and tied the dog up out the front. Walked in and was told our food wasn’t ready and if we didn’t take the dog away they were going to kick it. I thought it was a joke but the manager even started walking outside to KICK MY DOG!! I was paralysed with disbelief. How could a family restaurant act this way!!! The next day my best mate even spent $125 on an order which had 2/3 of it missing and the refused to do anything about it
I have not stepped into a Red Rooster for decades. The young lady who served me was excellent, helped me understand what the options were. The restaurant was clean. The food was rather good. I did suffer "price shock" when I paid for it. But that's probably my faulty expectation.Food: 5/5
We tried red rooster for the first time after seeing them all over Australia and we're super disappointed by the food, it was all so tasteless, the fries weren't seasoned, the fried chicken fingers had no seasoning, and then to make matters worse they were stingy with the sauces, giving us only 2 ketchups and 3 barbecue sauces for three orders of chicken and fries. We definitely won't be returning.
Really good red rooster. Haven't been near a fried chicken joint since the whole KFC debacle and disgustingness of 2018. So I'm actually very happy and satisfied. Puts KFC to shame to be honest. Wish I took a photo but I was bloody hungry... It was good for generic fast food. Thank you.Food: 4/5
Wanted a quiet night in and ordered some rooster. Chicken so dry it could have double as sandpaper and chips soggier than Riley Reid. Just spent 6 months doing aid in Africa and I already miss the food.
After a long week on the tools, I thought I’d treat myself to a cheeky rooster roll. This was my first mistake. I should have left when I saw the rat! Sceptically, I greeted the cashier and enquired about their resident rodent. As it happens, his name was Rodger and he’d lived there for years. Council food safety will be hearing from me!
