Unfortunately, we've encountered issues like this before. Frankly, the product doesn't live up to the promises made. The Triple Chilli Aioli Rippa Roll we received was a disappointment. It looked unappealing and tasted far from good. It felt like a waste of money, significantly differing from its advertisement in both appearance and substance. It seemed almost empty. Additionally, the burger itself was far from enjoyable.
Chips were very over salted. Had ordered before, but probably won’t anymore
Ordered via Uber eats triple reds burger meal with extra cheese and whole egg mayo on the burger. Not only was part of the order wrong but this is what turned up...
Went here on my way to work approx 1130am Sat amnWanted to order the $5.00 chicken and chips told we don't do that at this store even when I told her it's still on the websitendecided to order anyway asked for a troppo pack with a wing and drink and chicken and chips with wing was told I could not order more than one wing ....this is ridiculous! Told her I only wanted the one then with reg chips and gravy I tapped my card not seeing the price my own faultand they charged me for two and gave me a wing and an leg and of course no drink in my bag !nI will not be back to this store ..it was not the staffs fault she was only doing what was toldn....Hungry Jacks in right next door and will get my business
Tried to order delivery via the app and it kept getting cancelled - I know this wasn’t the store’s fault but I called and unfortunately they couldn’t help with it either.. seems like a common issue that should be sorted by head office.nnManaged to order through the website. The box of chips was 3/4 full and were not good maybe old oil?. The rest of the food just didn’t taste very fresh. No napkins in the bag either.
