I had huge expectations from red rooster since I’ve been seeing people love the brand. The burgers were really bad to the point that i didn’t even wanted to finish my one burger. Their new nuggets were “okay” not too tasty. Their fries were honestly not fresh “‘probably yesterdays fries” . Their chicken in burger was undercooked and it was so bad man. Everyone complained about the service but yes its veryyy slow, wayyy too slowww. They need to improve so many things, KFC, mac is too much better than red rooster.
They ripped me off. I went early afternoon and ordered a $5 crunch box 2x pieces of fried chicken from the drive thru. They said they were out and offered me buttermilk wings instead. I accepted. I was expecting replacement VALUE, but instead they gave me 2x wingettes. Not 2x wings, 2x wingettes. Those two pieces were smaller than the smallest piece I have ever received with a crunch box. Unhappy and I will not use this outlet again. Taking my business elsewhere to other shops.
Was surprised to see Red Rooster on Uber eats at 12:30am. Excited to receive my order of a roster roll meal. chicken was great, gravy was good, chips were decent. The rooster roll itself was flavourful but incredibly soggy. Only thing I wished was that there were other drink options other than soft drinks- such as juice or even water. Overall satisfied !
It's been 3 years since I left the window. As I sit here in the waiting bay it seems like an eternity. Days turn into nights, nights into day and so on and so forth. Will I get my meal today? Who knows?! Will the order be right or will it still be wrong even after my long wait. What is even real anymore?! One thing I know for sure, I've seen the lights change 17 times since I've been sitting here in the waiting bay and I still haven't seen my food. What's a guy gotta do to get a rippa roll round these parts?! Edit: When they finally came out with my food they threw in 3 extra tenders for the wait, so I guess its not all bad!
We stumbled upon Red Rooster and what a delightful find it was! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The soft lighting, combined with the warm decor, created the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The kind of place you want to linger and savor each momentFood: 3/5
I’m a local and have eaten here a few times for dine-in and takeaway. Front of house are always kind and helpful, seems the back of house is always a bit slow or the order is off sometimes. Been a bit disappointed with portion sizes or food temperature a time or two but otherwise it’s alright. I usually get the quarter combo, and the chicken is usually quite nice. Sometimes the chips are a bit off which is one of their well known aspects of the RR brand. Don’t forget the ice cream, hopefully yours isn’t melted and refrozen like mine. Follow up visit 28.08.23: Out of stock for most soft drinks, floor covered in crumbs, rubbish bin overflowing, toilet out of order, the remodel looks nice but the basics are overlooked. Staff in back constantly yelling “shut up”… place needs a leader. Had to change rating from 3 to 2 stars.
I came her just now. Saw one girl doing everything. Another girl with Hijab just making life hard for others and unprofessional customer service. Food is as usual. But 5 star for the service from that girlFood: 3/5
I asked for rippa roll and they gave me a rooster roll i had no time for going back and asking them to change it so I just ate some of it and then I see on the back it was marked at 10:38 at some point in September who even knows when it was made it got given to me at 12:50pm and was soggy and tasted like I was eating wet bread which is very gross I’m very disappointed Next time if you guys have old food can you just throw it in the trash!!! The meals are fresh and served hot. Standard Red Rooster offerings. Tried their fried chicken which, on its own is quite bland but if you opt for the chilli version it rocks. That said, the chilli version will leave your fingers covered in sauce and, as was the case in this instance, the restaurant had run out of serviettes your left trying to figure creative ways to remove the sticky goo. Down side here is that their toilets are often putrid thus my 4 stars.
Female Staff member doing all the wraps/burgers too busy on her mobile phone discussing her private life while preparing food. Unhygienic practices. Staff members have no clue on what's going on with fulfilling orders. No bbq sauce available as it was frozen according to staff member. This place has gone down the tubeFood: 1/5
