My only complaint is that they run out of fried chicken. Other than that the workers are friendly. Service is very good and the wait time very acceptableFood: 2/5
Terrible customer service. Advertised prices on drive through menu only to be told at window they are wrong and wanted to charge more. Explained that advertised price is wat customer gets charged. Manager was called only to be told they have new price lists and hadn't changed the board. Not my problem. If they weren't correct I Explained they should be changed or at least blacked out. Manager would not budge. Whatever happened to customer is always right.
Are enthusiastically promoting that vaccinations are not required of their staff on the help wanted posters. Do not feel comfortable eating there again.
Waited over 3/4hour to be served staff had no idea what they were doing. ended up with the wrong order, and as we were travelling through both ended up sick.

Really awesome food. Cooked perfect. Probably one of the best ever meals I've received from Red Rooster. Chips were cooked perfectly with the exact amount of salt. Flavour wrap fresh and with the perfect amount of Mayo. Rooster roll was just right as well. The whole meal was amazing. Tha ks
Terrible food. The chips were so salty and the chicken was so dry, we will be never eating there ever again. You guys should have milkshakes:
