Ordered Fried Chicken for delivery. Unlike most fast food deliveries which arrive from 30 minutes to close to an hour, they delivered my order under 20 mins when it takes almost 18 minutes to my house. This means they immediately processed my order and got it delivered right away. This meant my fried chicken was delivered really hot and crispy. Great service !
Many bad experiences with Red Rooster but this place has been a-bit different, the staff were great and the service was quick.nAlthough others will differ based on their experiences. Keep it up team !
This is probably the oldest Red Rooster in Australia but it still doesn't excuse the condition of this store. The sevice is ok, the food is as expected but you just drive off thinking you need to not return because you wonder in your mind if you are going to get I'll from the hygiene.
Nothing nice about this red rooster. You can complain about the soggy chips and the order until the cows come home and they won't do anything about it.nThey will even lie to your face that the chips are fresh! Which they weren't! Such a waste of space!nDO NOT RECOMMEND!nEven management don't care about this place!
Well here you go management from the store you recommended me to go on google to leave a negative comment, I've had no other choice due to lack of response.nThanks for totally offering stale cold food . Thankyou for not chasing up my complaint and replacing the food . Lack of service lack of communication. This is by far the worst experience I've had dealing with fast food , and yes thanks for leaving a generic response to my review. I have left feedback and no response.
