So friendly absolutely fantastic I suffer with anxiety and the lady reception made me feel so comfortable. Wish I could remember the very nice lady’s name who did my ultrasound it was the best ultrasound I have ever had she was friendly and supportive of me having anxiety so thank you IMed I’ll only be coming here in the future if needed for any test
I had an MRI done their yesterday on my spine, and from the moment I walked in and spoke to the magnificent and professional receptionist, through to the brilliant technician Linda, I felt very much cared for. The staff were very understanding of my needs and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Team
The wait time for phone bookings for this corporate run practice is absolutely deplorable. 20-25 minutes waiting for a live person to answer a call is a hopeless system. I'm not particularly happy with the on-line booking system offered - it does not seem to be sufficiently specific relating to the ultrasound I require. I despair of these corporate practices and their cost-cutting measures.
From the start through to the end of 2 days of scans and treatment the staff have been super efficient and friendly especially Sharon at the front desk. Thank you.
Excellent efficient and very professional service. Everyone from the front desk staff to the DR who treated me today to the very experienced Radiographer were very good & friendly. I have a lot of respect for all your staff and felt acknowledged, although it was very busy this afternoon, it was great to see that good old customer service still exists in the medical setting in this day & age.

Terrible phone service. I rang twice to make a appointment and waited 20min each time and gave up
bulk bills, got a next day appointment. pretty unpleasant for trans or gender-queer people though. they assumed my gender and put mr on my documents without asking me, and i had to correct with with my prefered pronouns and name. and the form implies only women can be pregnant or on birth control. they do have a gender neutral bathroom though
One good and one absolutely terrible experience, the later left my partner in tears. Considering your 20 week scan should be a happy enjoyable moment it is absolutely unacceptable that it wasn’t. Honestly ruined the whole day. Could not justify recommending anyone to go through the same experience.
I had my shoulder MRI scan and the staff were prompt and all things were done per schedule. It’s very busy for a reason because they are good at what they are doing . Also today when I went to pick up my report a reception staff had to put up with an extremely rude customer who even threw the card and this lady politely asked if there was something she did to upset him . And she calmed him down while still maintaining a level of dignity. I felt very sorry for this lady, just doing her job and have to put with such aggressive behaviour . I hope people can have some respect to staff working at all customer service roles . Very friendly staff .
