Staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered latte. Coffee is nice. Their food looks delicious. Definitely coming back.

I’ll start off by saying that the coffee here is good! But $7 for a 6oz coffee with oat milk is insane. Also disappointing that they don’t offer have-here cups… so even if you want to enjoy your drink in store you have to get a takeout cup. Wasteful and lazy in my opinion. Update because the response made me laugh: your cafe seats probably over 20pax.. not ‘clearly a takeaway spot’. You have the ability to serve in mugs. People don’t bring keep cups to the mall to go shopping. Do better.

I went there a few months ago and found the coffee to be bitter like their other Parnell cafe. However this could be my personal taste and I accept this. At Westfield I was told I couldn't sit outside and the ordering process was confusing and disjointed. I later spoke to the chap who served coffee and he was pleasant. The reason I'm never going back is the price. It is soooo overpriced. My friend picked up a coffee for me from there yesterday and said she was surprised how expensive it was just ordinary flat white - no special requests. I understand that mall rental is expensive but the other coffee places are far more reasonable. Will not visit there again. Also uncomfortable hard stools so you don't linger too long

Single shot standard on a medium cup or smaller, I’ve never been to any other coffee shop in Auckland, or New Zealand for that matter, that still does this as standard practice. I don’t care how good your coffee is this is, this is disappointing. And the price is ridiculous, I asked for a double shot, oat milk medium size flat white, $8.8. The single most expensive cup of coffee I have ever purchased, for this price, you better be the best coffee around, and you are definitely not.

I heard about the words that Red Rabbit 's coffee milk frother machine is very expensive and make good coffee, so I came. No disappointment. Very smooth milk foam on the top of my Cappuccino. The reception boy is very busy but keep good service. Fantastic.

Coffee was good as. They kept me caffeinated while I was staying in Newmarket over the weekend and I appreciate that greatly, and the staff are very friendly. 10/10 would coffee again.

Picked up a Mocha today, pricey but definitely worth it! Loved the fact that the coffee wasn’t bitter and was velvety and delicious! Will definitely be back

Never again. This place used to be good. I ordered a regular flat white which was too weak so I returned 30min later and ordered a 6oz. Even though I spoke with the barista about wanting a stronger coffee and he told me they typically serve single shots?!? No one does that anymore! He reassured me the 6oz would be stronger. It tasted exactly the same. I paid $13 for two of the worst coffees I've had all year. You can't justify this, guys! At least inform people your coffes are single shot and that it would cost the price of a small lunch to upgrade to double shot. At which point we can decide wether we want to throw our money down the drain.

OMG love these guys ! The best coffee and service, the team were so friendly and welcoming and loved the fitout - so cool ! My coffee was flippen awesome - best flat white, can’t wait to go back !

While I was waiting to pick my coffee up, a young tall male worker very literally shoved the fence/barricades into me. Yes, I know it was near closing time, but show some basic respect and manners. The shop chose to take the order. You can wait 2 minutes to close off the area, or at the very least, say "excuse me". I do not think I am asking for any dramatic customer service. Please train your staff. Appalling and actually violent behavior - left me speechless.
