nice service, best rate! After the Christmas epidemic, I started to travel again, and I waited in line for near half an hour. Everyone praised their service of this store and their exchange rate very much.
horrible place and try to scam you. they made me pay a $5 fee when i went in the morning for a transaction then i went a couple hours later and made the exact same transaction with a different worker there and there was no fee. So i confronted the first worker about the fee and she told me to F off and get out of the store.
Booked my currency online, picked it up from the Sydney office and it couldn't have been easier. Because I organised it a week early, I was able to lock in a fantastic rate. The service was fantastic as well!! I will be using Red Rate for all my cash requirements before travelling from now on.

Been here to get my SGD converted to AUD. Not sure how comparable the rates were with other places but they didn’t charge any processing fee if we convert for any amount exceeding 200 AUD.
