Really disappointed in my experience today, felt very much discriminated against purely due to being apart of the ‘younger ‘ demographic of customers. Right from walking in was rudely glared at by one of the employees and was offered no greeting or help. What made this worse was that other customers in the store that were of middle age were receiving plenty of help, yet all my friends and I received were rude glares. So extremely disappointing as I was very much interested in a pair of earrings yet couldn’t even get help to purchase them. I suggest the employees start offering help to all customers of all age brackets, so further business isn’t lost. Barwon Heads offers plenty of other shops where the customer service is amazing and puts this place to shame. Will never be returning.
Very rude. Would not let my mother in without a mask on even though she explained that she has a medical exemption not to wear one. She offered to show to staff and the lady said she did not care. This is disgraceful.
Love Red Dog. Clothes reasonably priced. Always something different. Stall pleasant
Rude shop assistant having a go at motorcyclists for parking on footpath. Learn the road rules.
