I had a very bad experience in red capsicum yesterday. I went there as a guest in my friends' party and at the end, I don't know what happened but the owner of that venue was so rude and angry with my friend. She humilated my friend infront of all of the guests and told him/her like she is the owner of that venue and she can do/say whatever she want and bla bla bla. That's the worst customer service I had ever seen in my life. I never want to go that venue again in my life. P.S. venue was not cleaned properly and toilets were also smelling very bad.
I won't recommend this place to anyone. Being in hospitality sector one should know how to treat the the customer. The so called owner of the venue was too rude and arrogant with the guest and should learn how to behave properly before running the business. And the quality of food was also not up to mark.
Had a great experience with good food and friendly staffs with great service ... would recommend to go there !! Owners were very nice and flexible with their service!
First time in the 4 years history of being in Sydney, I paid $10 for 8 pieces of absolute normal and tasteless MoMO. The place is good for many reason but the owners intention to do it with such poor quality MOMo was an absolute stupidity. Just my thought! You are served 10 pieces elsewhere. The intention to make plate short with 2 momos absolutely doesn't work with fair customers.
In my experience one of the best place for party and function. Friendly staff, good food, easy going no drama at all. Bulu dd you’re the best. Highly recomend this place. Definately going back.
Gives a very BAD FEELING as customer to be treated like that. Bad food, poor cleanliness and OWNER also not that good, too much attitute. The owner should STOP TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. not recommended to go, minus rating.
1 star I would not recommend it to anyone because the aircon was not working at that very day of our event, people were complaining, sweating frustrated some of the guest went outside the venue complaining its too hot the event officials were told we gonna have some live musical programs Stage was badly set up whole stage setup was a disaster, it would have been so much better only if the setup was right.
Great venue with mouth watering food with friendly environments with great customer service. Love this place recommend everyone for this great venue. Red Capsicum Reception Lounge
Awful experience!!! It has gone downhill from food to service. Staffs and so called OWNER need some hospitality lessons
Rude staff behaviour spoiled our family function. It was embarrassing. I didn't like the food as well. Not recommended at all.
