Service was good, pie was pretty expensive for what you get in it definitely different than Southland. Shop was very small and cramped.
Always exceptional customer service. Great range of pies including a few specialty ones. Love the steak, bacon and cheese. Delicious cakes and slices and a range of filled donuts. They also do sandwiches and rolls and the usual small savouries and sausage rolls.nGreat coffee.
Best pie ever! Grew up with this little gem.nnTheir pie crust is flaky on the top and buttery on the bottom, not dry at all. The steak and cheese and mince and cheese pies are filled with generous amount of meat and gravy.nnAlso fav items are their donuts - plain cream donuts, apple cream donuts and coffee cream donuts.nnLots of variety of bake goods to choose from, a couple of tables and chairs outside for seating.
Love the pies, quiches, and cream doughnuts. The fact is that the pies have a variety of fillings and the same with doughnut flavours. Quality is top-notch. Don't be surprised if there's a line out the door.
Fabulous takeaway lunch at the beach....the pies were great...the cream donuts even better!
