Something for everyone here from young to old and even a dog walk field. Our meals were perfect and hot. The staff were polite and friendly. 10 out of 10.
Stopped by today for a sausage sandwich and a coffee. The food was fantastic quality and the coffee, wow, better than the coffee chains. Service was fast and polite and the bill was worth every penny. It was lovely to meet the owners too. Mandy and Karl, what a lovely couple. I will very happily return. Highly recommended. Thank you all
Lovely farm shop, could of bought loads. The cafe was very clean, friendly staff & the food was delicious. Lots of gluten free choices.
Called for coffee and cake during a trip out in the area whilst on holiday. We had been on occasions in the past but noticed that the cafe and outdoor amenities had expanded since our previous visits several years ago. The farm shop seemed to have maintained its high standards/quality produce but sadly the cafe was much less impressive. Having said that the staff were very friendly and cheerful. Cannot speak for outdoor amenities as we did not participate.
What a lovely farm shop/cafe. The cafe is good with friendly welcoming staff and freshly cooked food which is worth the wait and filling...... previous reviews about been expensive they should of carried on to McDonald's or KFC because you get what you pay for at cedar barns. The farm shop has a good selection of products and outside is a great play area which our kids enjoyed and will definitely return when the train is running
Beautifully cooked, fresh local produce. It has expanded a lot since I last visited and it has lost a little of its cosy, friendly feeling but the staff are still all very polite and it's great to see how far they have grown. The shop is well stocked with plenty of choice of local produce. Can't wait to visit again.
Lovely little farm shop. The restaurant was extremely busy, which is a good sign! The food was lovely. There's a small park for kiddies. The steam train, there was noone there, so I'm not sure if we missed the last ride, or they went on lunch break. I will definitely be back tho.
We had breakfast in the cafe, my husband had the full breakfast and I had a sausage sandwich. Both were delicious, cooked well with great ingredients. The sausage was so good we ended up purchasing some from the shop.
First time here. Easy parking to visit the cafe. I had a fantastic breakfast. Coffee is good, but in a small cup. Walked around the shop, good produce that was sensibly priced. When in the area I will visit again.
A nice farm shop with cafe, nicely situated. Have visited a couple of times but not eaten here yet. If you are in the area well worth a visit, had some nice ideas for Christmas gifts. Can't comment on the railway as not my area of expertise. Haha!
