I really enjoyed the experience in the store today. A lass served my wife and really insisted on finding the right runner which was not easy due to the need for a wide fit. She understood her requirement and found a really fantastic runner at a better price. Thankyou, other stores just find the expensive runners and don't listen to the customer.
The gentleman that helped me with some shoes was super friendly and did a great job. More people need to provide customer service like him. Well done

Service a bit poor in the foot wear section last Friday nearly walked out without a purchase. Did in the end ad another member of staff realised l was waiting patiently.
