We just had the most beautiful lunch experience at Rebel Rebel, on a cold day in Canberra. Excellent service, friendly, food A+ and atmosphere on a Thursday quiet and relaxing, the way we like it! Did I say food was amazing, thank you Chef Shane, well done a credit to you and your staff. We will be referring family and friends who visit. Canberra and back again ourselves when we visit from Newcastle..
Please try their rib eye, jerusalem artichoke comes with shredded truffle and baked bread pudding they were heavenly. Leafy salad was also tasteful. Friendly staff and very accommodating. 1.5hr felt short/rushed, must have been having a too good time!
Lovely dining experience. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Great selection of interesting cocktails and wines. Our waitress Janice was very attentive and professional and made our dining experience exceptional. Will return!
Rebel Rebel is located in New Acton and offers a good contemporary menu with the usual array of meats, some seafood, sides and desserts.nnThe rib eye we ordered was really juicy and tasty and likewise some sides were very nice including the cauliflower. This is a great place to go if you feel like having old favourites done well.
We were really impressed by this place. Came without reservation on a Friday night. It was busy but they immediately found seats for us. All staff was very friendly and prompt. Food was really delicious. The chef plays very well with textures and tastes. It was a really enjoyable experience. Not too many photos simply because we forgot to make them. But all food was well presented and and tasty. Highly recommend!
