VERY happy shopping. Highly recommend!nWe initially went to Rebel Northland because the kids could have lunch at the shopping centre, but that turned out to be a mistake due to poor customer service, failed to buy what we wanted.nWe decided to drive just 5mins to this store instead. The difference was night and day! The staff here were incredibly helpful, provided a great fitting check, and made the whole process easy. We found exactly what we were looking for and had a much better experience.

I hate shopping but I needed new sneakers. I found the ones I wanted online and headed to the store. I couldn’t see them and showed a helpful lad a picture and he wasn’t sure where they’d be or if they had any but he asked me what size and tried a pile of boxes. THE FIRST BOX were the size and style I was after. HES A WIZARD. This was the easiest shopping experience ever. Angus was helpful without being pushy and genuinely some kind of shopping elf. He left me to try them, didn’t hover, didn’t force an opinion nor force a sale. I was raving about this easy shopping experience for a good ten minutes after I left. Thankyou Angus. 4 stars purely because ideally I’d have liked to have spent less than 140 bux on some dog walking shoes but hey ¯__/¯
Very slow service in spite of being the first & only customer in the store at the time, with 4 staff members. Eventually the 2nd guy checked the stock on the basketball hoop we wanted and it wasn't in stock so I went to Northland.
Good customer service ,manager was so nice and customer service was top class.got a cricket helmet and happy with that
