The gentleman that assisted me with the shoe lace was fantastic, however the 2 staff members at the checkout counter was not a good experience to be asked for your phone number 3 times and answered back that sometimes she can’t hear is not her fault is not what should have been said. So pay attention to the work you are there to do may help your service feedback and listen to a customer rather than answer back may be a solution. I always come to the shop and always great but not today. May think of coming again.

Had a great experience with the girl who was working on friday the 28th of June! Should have got her name, but she was so helpful and amazing and just made my whole experience so much easier. Staff like that are hard to find. She's a Gem!
