I have been renting through Realmark Urban for 6 years. To begin with, there were teething issues mainly due to the strata company not doing their job correctly. I have had no issues with repairs that needed to be done. I have had a few property managers during that 6 years, but I have had Claire for about 4 years. Wow. What an absolute champion. Nothing was ever too much for her and communication has been great. I would recommend Realmark Urban for both property owners and tenants, especially Claire.
Nyenda Siapenga is a disrespectful liar. He continuously puts his advertising and junk mail in letterboxes with a no junk mail sign, even though we have called him to ask him not to. His excuse was, "My headphones were in, so I must have done it by mistake." Then, 2 weeks later, there was another bit of junk mail. These are not qualities of a good sales representative. If he doesn't respect property owners enough to stop when asked, then he clearly won't respect you in the sale of your property. I won't be using him to sell mine, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does! Disgrace!!
I have made 4 calls and walked into the office try to follow up on a concern since March 2023. I try not to take it out on the receptionist as it is not her fault. Each call I’ve been promised a call back. Firstly the rental person coming back from leave. Then told she will call. Then another call and still no response. Yesterday when I walked into the office I was advised the general Manager would call me back after 4.30. He didn’t and have had to make another follow up call. If this is how they conduct themselves being very unprofessional and lack of returning calls, then those looking to go through this office should reconsider.
Kate Hughes is a superstar Property Manager. Kind, prompt and professional to engage with. I would recommend her Property Management service to any client looking for a high standard of care.
My experience with Realmark Urban Subiaco is the worst I have had with a real estate agent. Property Manager Danica Broun simply ignored several concerns of mine throughout the tenancy and failed to respond to emails. I found this lack of communication unprofessional and almost juvenile.
Danica has been our property manager for 2.5 years and we are thankful for her promptness, helpfulness and understanding throughout the time. We would have no hesitation recommending her to friends and family.
I am a very happy tenant. Rikki has been the best Property Manager. She always listens, understands, and cares about how you are feeling. I have been very ill for 2 years and I could relax because I knew that everything with managing the villa was taken care of. I have always received excellent service from Realmark Urban. Looking forward to meeting with the new person.
As an owner I have found Realmark especially easy to deal with. From my excellent rental property manager, Claire Rogerson, who has worked well to make the letting of my property easy and pain free; to my sales agent, Raya Tangchai, who worked diligently at the sale of my property and constantly kept me in the loop; to the strata management team who worked on maintaining the property and keeping the Council of Owners updated. Overall, I have found Realmark easy to deal with and honest in their actions. Will use again.
Terrible experience as rental tenant. the property manager would show up on incorrect days for inspection, without notice waking us up from night shift then leave without saying anything, was emailed personal information incorrectly about other tenants at another property, our door lock was broken for ages could literally just walk in from the communal garage despite requesting it to be fixed and when it finally was attended to it was not fixed correctly. List goes on.
We have been working with Realmark Urban for 1.5 years and are lucky to have Danica Broun managing our apartment. She is always professional and on top of things for us and our tenants. Correspondence with her is easy via E-mail and she is very prompt with her responses. Her professionalism gives us the confidence that the applicants are sufficiently vetted and our property is well taken care of. We are thankful for Danica and she is easily by far the best property manager we have ever had!
