I had a very positive experience living at Realm Caulfield. The building is well maintained and the team is always friendly and professional. Whenever I needed assistance, they were responsive and helpful. Recently I contacted them to ask about my rental history and they replied quickly and kindly. They also helped me retrieve some letters that were delivered to my previous address, which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
I left Realm back in January after having a great 2 year stay! The rooms, the facilities and all have been absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed them everyday. The community events which are held frequently are also a great way to meet your neighbours and interact with the staff there. If I could change one thing, it would be the price which I wish was a bit less but the rest have been all positive.nnFinally, I want to give a special mention to Tom Allinson. If you're having a bad day, go downstairs and have a chat with Tom. He's sure to brighten your day. Both Tom and Eden Li were very helpful, especially when we were moving out. The thing I miss the most about Realm are the little chats we'd have with these two and I highly recommend staying here!
A great couple of months at Realm whilst in the process of selling our house. Facilities are second to none and a great team making it all run seamlessly! Short let and pet-friendly makes it a great option.
I am leaving Realm Caulfield today after a very, very happy 12 months. I have LOVED living here! It’s like living in a hotel. Special shout out to Tom on reception, who handles every issue not that there were many with incredibly disarming calmness and professionalism, and Ray, the happiest maintenance dude on the planet who always has a smile on his face! I hope to live here again one day.
Realm Caulfied is the best apartment! Their staff is incredibly friendly, and the girl with a warm, wheat-toned complexion, Zhuolin, left a lasting impression on every resident with her energy. She’s the kindest and most beautiful girl I’ve ever met!nnEvery week, the apartment hosts a BBQ party, and Zhuolin personally grills for the residents her barbecue is always perfectly done—never burnt and never bitter. Her enthusiastic dedication definitely deserves a promotion and a raise! Or maybe they should bump up her BBQ event budget, because consistently using mixed meat sausages instead of a proper tomahawk steak just isn’t a good idea…nnHowever, rent at Realm is very expensive, so I hope it will come down in the future.
