I was with Real People for 2 years and while the fluctuating frequency of work is not what many people were expecting, myself included, thats something you learn over time, which is the industry can change in an instant. All that aside, I've had no gripes with the staff there, they were consistently kind and they do look after you. I'd highly recommend Real People for people to have as their first agency because commercials, modelling and extra work are a great stepping stone into the industry.

Should be called dodgy people instead. Join Epic talent, azure, or factory talent instead. Charged me 400 when I signed up and didn't get me work for ages. 0 star unavailable!

Guys, do not waste your time or money with them....to sum it up: - you pay a lot of money at the beginning for 3/4 pics - they start calling you to do some work but most of these jobs require specific skills that anyway not everyone has. So, they do call you but most of the times you reject those jobs coz you do not have the skills or coz they are too far. You get paid from 25$ to 60$( or more depends on the job and skills you ll perorm)per hour for 3 or more hours but EVEN IN THIS CASE YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THAT YOU PAY for THE TRANSPORTation TO GO AND COME BACK FROM WHERE YOU WORK PLUS 25% THAT YOU PRESENT TO THIS AGENCY. the worst think is that after 1 year not only you do not earn anything but also you will not even reach the amount of money you used to enroll with this agency

Can't believe this place still exists. I tried to sign up as a teenager. Paid the contact fee, for photos and a load of other stuff. Every time I complained they would give me some line about how I was on a short list for a big shoot. Total scammers.

I've been with Real People for over a year and a half. I've participated in extra work for several soap opera's, reality shows and catalogue adds. The staff are great to deal with and very attentive. I've met many other people on the job and everyone has been lovely. Very happy with my agency!
