Ursula Watson is a fantastic real estate agent. She often goes beyond her call of duty to ensure that her clients are happy. She is very efficient and easy to communicate with. She was the sales agent of the house that we tenanted and I had to liaise with her on several occasions. She was always helpful and never fails to answer her calls however busy she is. I would highly recommend her to anyone. All the very best Ursula and continue doing an amazing job!

Real estate central have been the best property managers we've had in the 17 years, we've had properties managed by them and rented from them. We changed to REC 5 years ago. Our current manager, Erica, is very efficient and on the ball. Great communication and makes sure all maintainance is attended to. Refreshing to have a manager who actually does their job after all the other agencies we've had in 2 different states. Keep up the good work.

After due consideration the appointment of Ursula Watson to sell our family home was decided based on her ability to communicate well, her genuine personality and her professionalism.  Ursula, has demonstrated her ability to work effectively in all situations, in particular we had tenants in situ who were often challenging to make appointments with.  Ursula would go above and beyond by liaising with the tenants keep all parties happy and also assisted the tenants in securing another premises.  Ursula also provided us with up to date information on current market conditions and feedback from prospective purchases.  Overall we were very impressed with the sale process and even happier with the sale price above our expectations.  Thanks Ursula and all the best, it has been great working with you.

We rented with RE Central for a year and a half with Erica Roberts as our property manager, and she was absolutely wonderful. Any time there was an issue she would organise to have it fixed within the day, and she was so flexible, friendly, and helpful with absolutely everything. Best property manager we have ever had and certainly set the bar extremely high! We appreciated her time with us so much.

If you're buying a house don't trust Daniel Harris and Kylie Westbrook, if I could rate them below 0 I would. As I wasn't in Darwin when the house I love came on the market, I called Daniel and told him as such, I mentioned that I needed 100% honesty and transparency but instead he lied through his teeth. I asked if anything was wrong with the property and He said there was nothing wrong with it, that's its ready to move into and you don't have to do a thing. After purchasing the property we found a massive water leak in the roof and after some investigation found out that our property was a rental previously and the tenants that lived in the house which real estate central were the property managers for complained many times about the issue and they never got it fixed. Daniel knew but due to the non disclosure and the fact that he wanted a sale He never told us what we specifically asked for. He has NO morals and will cheat anyone to get a sale. I knew and understand the non disclosure and I'm not ignorant to the fact that houses won't have issues when purchasing them but when someone outright lies to you and when a building inspection wouldn't pick up something like this you have to have faith in the person selling it to you. Since I've spent thousands fixing the issue. After the fact we contacted them to ask them about codes to the security system as a proper handover was never done and before we could ask about that they said "is this about the water leak".. so they knew, they lied and again have NO morals. If you're purchasing a property from them don't trust anything they say. Thanks for nothing, you've just ruined what should have been a good experience and helped turn it into a nightmare, I don't know how you sleep at night.

Do not trust Daniel Harris and Kylie Westbrook. If I could give less than one star I would. Purchased a home from them and once the sale was done refused to answer calls or messages. On the day we received the keys, we found a substantial water leak in the ceiling which only got worse. Contacted Daniel, no reply. Just about to rent the home out when the ceiling in the garage collapsed due to the leak. Lost money as it was not able to be rented out. Then cost thousands of dollars to fix the plumbing and plaster. Called Kylie to ask for the original owners number to get the code for the alarm system as there was no handover and the first thing she asks is "is this about the water leak?" After initially denying knowing about it, that's the first thing asked.... Found the original tenant who stated the leak as well as other issues were communicated to the real estate agents previously however they did nothing about it. Yes, I am aware that in the NT there's no disclosure however we stated we didn't care if there were any issues, we just wanted to know. To find out the day of receiving the keys was a slap in the face and ruined the excitement of owning a new home. Thanks for nothing.

Gave Real Estate Central a call not too long ago and Lauren answered. She was so incredibly helpful and gave great advice on rental advice as were looking to move interstate. Will definitely call back if we’re guaranteed to talk to and be helped by her! :
