I recently visited Readings Cinema Sunbury and wanted to share some positive feedback about the wonderful service I received.nnGordon and William were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist really made the experience enjoyable and welcoming.nnIt’s not often you come across customer service that stands out this much, but Gordon and William truly went above and beyond. They are a great credit to the team and helped make my visit memorable.nnPlease pass on my thanks and compliments to them for their excellent service. I look forward to visiting again soon!
We normally attend the reading cinema at millers junction for there clean modern cinema but was fully booked out. Tonight we went yet again to dirty old theatre at Sunbury we stopped going here years ago due to filthy stinks old dusty . Tonight we went to see weapons omg I booked tickets back seat the smell in cinema was disgusting no cleaning in between Theatre’s one massive cob web above my seat I was so scared where is that spider it’s huge cob web Goes all around roof walls and speakers . White splatter was on the curtain in wall looks like dry semen it’s definitely disgusting not to mention dust . It’s absolutely disgusting definitely unhygienic. I’m a medical professional this is gross . I felt so dirty disgusting here . Ladies loo there is a cubicle no door at all it’s dirty smells no toilet paper and pizza left in the box in toilet omg it’s so disgusting. Popcorn was burnt and stale . You need to inspect theatre you need to clean dust and replace curtains . I’m between movies spray air freshener the smell of filth and germs is disgusting . Cinema 3 massive cobwebs be careful of the spider zoom in on photo cob web !!’
Prices are good but the seats aren’t being looked after by the staff or the manager seat in front of me on the right side was really really broken
Reading cinemas Sunbury - they’ve changed the oil they use for their popcorn. Apparently it’s a trial. One of the main reasons I go to the movies is for the popcorn, and the popcorn tasted AWFUL! It was so disappointing. Tasted like clay. Please change the oil back!!
Good classic budget cinema. Makes fresh hot popcorn unlike Hoyt’s & Good combo selections.nPlease don’t change reading cinemas!
