It is a dreadful experience. The director insist the payment $350 is made for site visit and he sent an incompetent engineer who refuse to climb up the ladder, and even asks me to help him take the ladder. He then refuse to climb up and nor did he take any measurements. We got into an argument when I asked to have someone come by again who will climb up ladder to check beams. He also did not look at the floor plans nor the draft and called the director Racep who then said they will refund the monies as his engineer left without completing the inspection. The director then said that the job is too small for them, that I am confusing them with traders, and the next day, when I request the monies that was agreed to be refunded, the director said I only paid for site inspection and that site inspection has been done and is not refundable. However the site inspection has not been done. His engineer refused to climb up ladder nor did any measures and left 10minute after he came, with half the time speaking on the phone with his director on not wanting to go up ladder. I wrote to them that if they are keeping the monies then they should send someone again to do proper site inspection. The director wrote back and said they have done it and is not refunding the monies. I informed them I will be making a google review so people will know how they operate and not to pay for site visit without seeing how they function when they will visit but not do a site inspection and left and take your monies. The director is also very vague. In anywise, I will be reporting them to consumer affairs as well as VCAT to get a refund. This whole experience with this company is a joke! I recommend everyone to please read this review and be cautious of this company and their engineers.
