Great for cheap, clean and friendly stop over for the night. Very close to m'way for quick access to continue journey. Very quiet. Needs a towel rail in bathroom

5star for this 3-4star hotel. Why? ..because service was friendly & efficient, room was very clean & tidy plus beds comfortable. Also ideally located for late stopover from airport, & to get to shops & eateries.

I can recommend Rayland Motel to any one far and wide,weather you visiting or passing through.Great location,your minutes from food out let's,your close to Manukau town centre.they have a Hoyits Cinema.and the rainbows end is across  the road.You have the motorway very close.Your room is cleaned,sheets,towels are changed every morning.they provide you with free Wi Fi.Friendly staff,very professional.Out of Five,We gave it a Four.
