My partner and I own a beautiful residential place. From 2011 we had this business as our agents. A week ago the tenants vacated the premises. After completion of closure formalities our place has been sabotaged. Either the past tenants had duplicate keys, have destructed or Ray White themselves have done this. My partner demanded to get to the bottom of this destruction. Ray White give no answers and ended up racially abusing my partner for having Asian heritage. This place sucks. Now I have moved to another agency.

Worst rental managers!!! Falsely advertised the property we rented from them and refused to fix the issue once we raised it. Have been unable to use the garage for our entire tenancy due to the landlord storing their personal belongings which we were not made aware of when signing up or moving in. Stay well clear of this business and especially Ella, Jade and Tina.

Belinda and her team are fantastic! They are all highly organised, efficient and professional. Her team are quick to respond to any of my queries or questions. They always follow through with anything I ask them to do and i feel like a valued client. Belinda and her team have been managing my properties for a number of years now and their is no-one else i trust more in this role. I highly recommend them.

Belinda is always professional and quick with her responses. She is organised and follows through on promises without fail. She is knowledgeable and always willing to take a call when I need some help or advice. One of the best property managers in the business.
