Both Rachael and Gagan of Ray White Takanini branch worked extremely hard marketing my property. They had it last year but because of slow sales and the real estate market dropping, I took it off the market. This year they both approached me again so we gave it another shot. They put 100% in and were determined they would sell it this year. They both kept me informed of how many attended the open homes, feedback from potential buyers and market conditions. Come auction day they had two potential buyers and it sold under the hammer at a price I was happy with.nHighly recommend both agents as hard working, reliable, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

I recently engaged Team Cathy Mei to sell my house. A good friend of mine recommended Sam, and I had heard of his previous successes in the south Auckland area. My house is in West Auckland, but nonetheless, I still wanted Sam and his partner Cathy to help me sell my house. They did not disappoint and certainly lived up to their good reputation.nnI really appreciated their clear communication, efficiency, and the effort they went to throughout the process. It was my first time selling a house, and they made sure I understood what was happening, and the reasons for the approach they were taking, at every step.nnI also think they did extremely well reality testing me in relation to what I might get for the place. During our first meeting, Sam went through all the properties in the area that had sold. We compared the CVs with what they sold for, looked at whether the houses were renovated and the sections themselves, and then compared these to mine. Cathy followed this up with an extremely detailed property analysis. I found this so helpful because it was good to see the data for myself. I felt well informed and it helped me to trust that their approach was data driven.nnThey also facilitated a meeting with the auctioneer, who talked me through what to expect on auction day. I was nervous and this helped to put me at ease.nnI felt extremely supported the whole time. I would definitely recommend Team Cathy Mei to anyone wanting to sell a house.nnThank you to the entire team for your help! Amazing job and a great outcome!

Went for a house viewing yesterday, but Gagan Dhillon was not even entertaining. No greeting or checking despite seeing us looking or standing around. Didn't feel welcomed and left instead. He had time talking with the same ethnicity, not to us. Feeling discriminated. Had time to tell my kids off, when they were only looking around. Only good thing on the visit was Rachael Collier, being welcoming and answering questions when we were about to leave. But experience with Gagan was very distasteful. Will be very careful choosing viewings under Ray White eventhough they have other good Salesperson, if they have such rude people working in sales. Will not recommend Team Gagan.nnIn response to the reply:nWe were the 2nd family who came in the property, parked during set-up of the flag outside the property. left the property with 4 families including us. He was not talking to anyone when he saw us, so he could have at least greeted us. I don't find any defendable reason for the experience we had. Seen previous reviews. No wonder he got bad reviews before.
