Holly Bowden is undoubtedly, by and far, the best agent I have ever worked with. Holly made a huge life event seamless with low to no stress throughout the campaign and sale period. Her professionalism and consistent communication was excellent. Holly kept me in the loop at every touch point - giving me campaign insights and market feedback through frequent phone calls and bi-weekly reports. I know that Holly put absolutely everything in from the start, and in the weeks leading up to, and getting me the maximum price for my home on Auction Day. Previously I've sold and auctioned homes with other agents, and sadly I've been underwhelmed with the outcome. This was the easiest and best decision ever.
I had my property being managed by ray white Wilson for over 10yrs and in general I had no issues until recently. I discovered that trades were either not quoting before engaging in work nor were they even visiting the property when submitting quotes. I brought my concerns to management but I didn’t feel they wanted to do anything but discuss the issue. I would not recommend them to manage my mailbox again.

Not your ordinary real estate office, innovative and professional, Ray White Wilson has the experience & expertise to help no matter what your real estate needs are and based on my dealings with them I couldn't recommend them highly enough. As a property investor, Connie has given me valuable insight into the current rental market and trends. She is professional, and timely with her communication and I would have no hesitation in recommending to other investors.
