NEVER would I rent my property through them again. If you're a tenant, you're in luck, as they won't hold you accountable for anything when you vacate. Heck, you can even set the trees alight in your backyard......nothing. As a property owner, once you question them on lack of action, they simply cut you off when the money stops coming their way. Thanks to Michele Gee and Ed Dalton for leaving me with debt and having to renovate the rental you looked after.

Awesome work Lisa and property management team for finding a replacement tenant very quickly minimising  vacant period.  The team also managed the past tenant very well.  Very prompt communication and transparent consultation in management matters. Thank you.

We have been renting with Ray White four over three years. It has been a positive experience. Lisa is great to work with, communicates well, and is always professionally friendly. Kayla is also professional and friendly, remembers us on sight even though we are only in the office once, maybe twice, in a year.
