Redland Bay Property Management, a part of Ray White Redland Bay, have been excellent as property managers for the house we are renting. My wife and I have been very happy with their responsiveness, friendliness and also their attention to detail. The property has always been inspected on time, any issues addressed quickly and recently we noticed an adjacent property they also manage was cleaned up very quickly following an inspection done at around the same time as ours. They have been a breath of fresh air compared to our last property managers in terms of their availability and ease to deal with. Would happily and confidently recommend them to anyone.

We are pleased to give the following statements about our experience with the team at Ray White Redland Bay. We now deal with Adrienne who manages our property. Adrienne is totally professional, honest, easy to talk with and understands our points of view without agenda. She has at times worked harder than we would have expected and looked after our property when we were not available to do so. Finding tenants has been so easy with Adrienne who communicates freely, returns phone calls and provides options to assist in our decision making. Our first contact was with Trudy who also worked tirelessly to provide valuable information when purchasing our investment property and was there to support and represent us when attending our property was difficult. My wife and I have nothing but praise for this team and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

Very attentive. Detailed property reports. Quick to respond and follow up on concerns. Have been using them for years.

few minor delay issues with repairs to property, otherwise cannot fault their friendliness, openness and being able to communicate with them so easily. Very responsive to email communication and understanding of work hours when scheduling maintenance to the property. Great staff :)
