We bought from Brandon, Daniel and Rachel last month. The sale and negotiation process was all very good and Daniel led this professionally - we were travelling and appreciated Daniel’s help during this stage - he was truly super. During pre-settlement inspection with Rachel, the house was dirty, unclean and had insects in the bedroom. There were cigarettes in the garden, food in the kitchen and the front door glass was being held together by sticky tape. I found Rachel’s word choice and behaviour plain rude and unhelpful. Despite her re-assurances via email on 21 Feb that a bond clean would be done, the house was filthy. If we weren’t travelling the week after, we would have held up settlement. The initial process apart from the final pre-settlement and settlement was indeed very good however when you’re spending a considerable amount of money on a home, you’re absolutely expecting the house to be clean and the end left us feeling extremely disappointed in Ray White Bulimba - the standard you walk past is the standard you expect and the standard from this team unit was poor. We really do appreciate Daniel’s professionalism and work - he was super but a team is made up of multiple people and collectively, this was poor.
This is the 4th time we've appointed Jonathan & David as our Sale Agents. We keep coming back to them as sellers. Jonathan & David always cared they were providing the best service possible. Both are very approachable and genuine; they work especially well together and are gold at negotiation time. Jonathan & David are extremely experienced and really do care your sale is the best it can be.

He perfectly manages to tread the fine line between getting his client the best price, and creating and maintaining honest relationships with all parties in a transaction. Scott made me feel like I was always his most important client and he no doubt made all his clients feel that way.
We are a late middle-aged couple who engaged David Farrell to sell our house in Balmoral, in early 2022. We are not people who make a habit of buying and selling real-estate, so this was a daunting and potentially gruelling experience. We were happy with the outcome of the process. Perhaps just an importantly, we felt that David interacted with us in exactly the way that we would have wished and expected him too. There were no wild promises, but also no prophecies of doom. We never felt pressured. A little stress was inevitable, but that is simply the nature of world of the real estate. In, summary we experienced David as diligent, experienced and skilled in his profession, and also unfailingly courteous and cheerful. We have no complaints at all.
