Matt Marotta and the team at Ray White Preston did a great job with marketing/selling our development in Reservoir. Right from the beginning Matt was there to assist with acquisition of the best site, support with planning / design and assistance with identifying the best builder for the job! The whole experience was extremely positive and we would have no hesitation in working with Matt again or in recommending him to anyone looking to market a development in the area. It was a great partnership!!

Extremely pleased with the results from our property sale handled by by Rob D'Agostino, John Catanzariti, Elenor Tanos and Matt Marotta. We achieved a price for our property well above what we expected. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend.

It’s not often that I pass on regards for someones work, but this is something that i take exception to.  I had received a call from one of your sales team regarding a property in Reservoir. Mel Moussa called me to follow up on a property that I had shown interest in. Mel then arranged a private viewing after her last showing the very next day.  Then sent me a text message within 5 minutes of our conversation with the property location, her contact details and the time of the meeting. I was really pleased that she without hesitation made a time by extending into her own evening.    Mel arrived early and was really approachable and honest about the situation with the vendor and the vendors expected price range. After inspecting the house with my partner I then asked if we could meet a second time the following night, again this meant a late time and Mel had an open home and without hesitation offered to meet at 7.15pm as this was her earliest opportunity. This is what can make or break a sale in my books.   Mel showed us around again and we made an offer on the spot and Mel spoke directly to Matthew Clark who then negotiated with the vendor on price and we eventually agreed to meet in the middle. So together they secured the sale within two days of her first contact with me.   Mel Moussa’s approach is second to none, her communication is open, fast, polite and friendly. This makes a huge difference to your client relationships and deserves an honourable mention. Matthew Clark was also extremely good. So I’m guessing this reflects your leadership skills which in turn plays a big part in the way they communicate and behave, so hats off to you and the team at Ray White. You stand out in the real estate space.
