If you had a minus one I would enter that, I am writing this on behalf of a family member, the lady responsible for the checking of the property was worse than incompetent, I paid 3500 to have one board repaired, 3 doors kicked in (she said it was wear and tear) holes in the bathroom floor from shower being flooded over a period of time, never contacted me , curtains mouldy from food just over 12 months old she said wear and tear, said she went out on regular inspections but could never visualize these faults but very quick to deduct money from my account Personally never go near this firm the only thing they want from you is money, the service is non existent.
