We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Kerrisk with a section sale and previously a purchase. We found her friendly and yet professional at all times. Her communication was exceptional and we felt we were kept informed through out the entire process. Where we needed to make decisions Billy gave us options and guided us when we were unsure. She is very knowledgeable with regards to the market and trends in Golden Bay but also with her local community knowledge. We were delighted Billy was able to sell our section within 2 short weeks, true testament to her skills in such a difficult market. Thank you Billy.

Billy worked very hard selling our place her and Clarissa did a fantastic job. Billy went out of her way to help us sell the place. Arranged gardening to be done, the house to be cleaned, the staging to be arranged, and helped sort the painter. Made it easy for us as we had moved away already. Billy Kerrisk came highly recommended and may well be the most accomplished agent in Golden Bay. However, my overall experience with her was less than impressive. Having recommended a selling price, and having found that it didn't result in a quick sale, she was pretty blunt in suggesting that I drop the price, thereby behaving exactly how a typical low class agent would. Bearing in mind that a $30k drop in the asking price equates to a very small drop in agent commission, I refused. The property didn't sell and as the agent is not going to have any further use for the pictures that they took, I asked if I could use them. She refused and sent me a snotty email to boot. It didn't cross her mind that she could offer to sell them to me, it was more important to be rude and arrogant. Would I recommend her to others. Not likely

For goodness sake stop advertising properties already sold!
