Stay away from ray white Gladstone. My house was handed back in a disgusting state with sooooo much damage, aircons not working, holes in walls, broken locks and the list goes on. Was told it was ready to rent out to next tenant. How does this happen in an almost new home. They continuously lied to me. My advice to you as a landlord is stay as far away as you can.

Wanting to rent a property . Set up an appointment to view a property . The property was several weeks on the market . We contacted this ray white only to be knocked back with a “ the property is already let” . 2 weeks later it was still vacant . We’re first time renters , property owners ourself ,stellar record.it saddens me that landlords are unaware of how inept in their staff are . I wish I had a tenant like me in a property . My view to prospective landlords is , — do your research before u hand over your property.

Our company Gladstone Air deals with Ray White and meet a large amount of their tenants, we have never come across a tenant that has been upset with Ray White. Everyone has always said they are great to deal with.
