Friendly and fair. Have not had a problem renting from them. When we have had a problem it has been fixed fairly quickly.

Unfortunately the experience we had was not overly positive. We were looking into buying off the plan in a complex advertised by this agency and had several questions relating to the property and build (yes we were being overly thorough however we were about to drop half a million so wanted to be sure). We had to chase for answers and the sale fell through - unfortunately we were legitimate buyers and prepared to pay the fixed price however we were told there was a small margin for negotiation so we tried. The team had no regard for the fact I am a shift worker and on two occasions woke up early to go and sign contracts (after 2 hours sleep) for our offer to be used as a tool to drive the price up for another bidder. I know real estate is a game however this was a fixed price and we were prepared - a sense of urgency was created and our sale never went through - it did indeed to go the higher bidder who offered 12K over asking price (for a fixed price off the plan). Our issue was with the little regard for the impact running backwards and forwards and how chasing for answers led to the property falling through - we went back and forth for 3 or 4 weeks. Had it all have been timely the property would have been sold in 2 days.

Peter Munt and Michele Cook are outstanding and I was extremely impressed with their communication and genuine commitment in selling my property. It sold quickly and for a fantastic price. I would highly recommend Peter and Michele to anyone!

I conduct auctions for this office & it is safe to say that if you sell your property via the auction method of sale, they will deliver the goods. Peter Munt the Director & his team have an extremely high clearance rate & tend to almost always have many bidders at their auctions bidding in a very strong fashion. I highly reccomend them.

Our agent Tim Dixon and his colleague Scott did a sensational job of selling our property. At no point were we given unrealistic expectations and the sale process was handled honestly and smoothly. Tim gave us some very good feedback on what we could do to improve the property for sale and this certainly paid off. Wouldn't hesitate to list again with you guys! Thanks!
