Such a great experience at this store! I went in to have a browse for some hiking items and walked out fully kitted out and ready to go. Experienced great customer service from a really knowledgeable staff member, Jack.
Such a great atmosphere. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman Chris who taught me a lot about the camping products and also the technicalities behind them. He didn't pressure me to buy anything but rather focused on educating me and giving me a rough idea of what I'd need. Thank you very much Chris
Went to buy a tent but went in without knowing what I needed, the staff were incredibly helpful in finding what I needed and what would suit for my holiday. All the staff were very amazing with communication and the lay out of the store was incredible. Highly recommend others to go check out Macpac, they go above and beyond for their customers! You could tell the team are very supportive of eachother and it was really nice to come into the store and feel that. Definitely will be coming back! 10/10
Awesome customer service. I went into the store to try to exchange an item. Staff couldn’t have been better. They kindly listened to my concern without judgement, clearly explained the options they could provide and totally great options - exchange or refund and showed me some products that I might be interested in. I never felt stressed or pressured at any point and left the store thinking how wonderful the people were that looked after me. Well done team and thank you.
Top equipment. I spent 3 years living in Tasmania exploring some of the states toughest trails, and not once did my Macpac gear let me down. If you’re looking for durable built for purpose outdoor gear, there isn’t anyone better. I highly recommend the Macpac Cascade range of backpacks .
LOVE this store. The staff are incredibly helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble & zero judgement for those of us like me who do not look like the outdoor type but actually are. I'd be very, very surprised if anyone had any complaints about this store. Oh & easy parking too. Most times I visit I get a park almost straight out the front of the store

Excellent service. Have just spent nearly 2 hours in the store, preparing for a trip to Russia. Daniel and Jack were extremely helpful and patient. Thanks Daniel on the extra info re woollen thermals, amazing product.
Well set out store with carries a comprehensive range of camping equipment etc. Staff know their stuff and are very friendly.
