Purchased a dishwasher and oven from Rawsons. They did not confirm whether installation was required, and when I rang to query this oversight I was blamed for not asking myself. They told me they had a “mutually” bad experience with my sale. They also didn’t return calls on two occasions, and so only seemed to be interested in the initial sale. I will definitely order through a different retailer next time who have a better understanding of their product. Very disappointing.
Went in today to buy one of the more expensive Webber ls 3 staff standing at counter had to physically walk through one to look at a bbq not one of them asked if I needed a hand then they all just walk away one walked straight out back other disappeared and one walked to a elderly couple probably because they looked more like a buyer. Don’t bother going here plenty other Webber stores with much better cutsomer service
Went to Cross Road store and was dealt with quickly and helpfully. Told we needed to go to Unley for the products we were interested in. At Unley one service person was on the phone and one was dealing with another customer. All fine but no acknowledgment from either of our presence. We stood around for 10 mins-still no acknowledgement of our presence from either person. Another customer entered the shop and the person on the phone hung up and served him immediately! We walked out-still no recognition of our presence as we went. 2 stars given for Cross Rd staff member.
Bought a new oven through Rawsons which was different size to old oven, therefore needed a piece of joinery made up to fill gap. Rawsons made this happen seemlessly: the joiner, Chris, measured up gap, went to his factory to make, and came back same day to install. Excellent service from the whole team, thank you.
Had a look in the store today, impressive range of high end appliances. There was a friendly male sales assistant, but an unfriendly female sales person who must have heard my comment about the price of the $12k oven, as she started talking about extreme cheapskates on our way out.
I have had good customer service ever since I have bought my white goods. Staff are friendly, curious and knowledgeable about the appliences they sell. Very happy customer.
Went to Rawson Weber store at plymton on the weekend to look a weber bbqs, fantastic selection, advice and service. Staff very friendly and can't help enough. Thankyou guys and girls. Cheers tim
Went in for Miele supplies. No one acknowledged me. Couldn't find what I was looking for. Hung around for a while to ask but was totally ignored so left. Won't be going back.
Follow up service is exceptional. In store customer service is equally high standard. Other retailers could learn at lot from Peter and the Rawson Team.
If you have any doubts about what you should buy I highly recommend the staff here, Scott new exactly what we needed and was a wealth of knowledge
