I recently booked in for a cut and colour session with the team at Raw Element and to say I’m ecstatic about the end result is an understatement. My hair was cut and styled by Asako and coloured by Jess after. Every detail right from the consult was covered in a meticulous manner which is exactly what I wanted given this was my first time. Already fell in love with their work displayed on theur website, which showed good craftmenship and artistry skills so was feeling confident booking with them. Lovely service and professional yet friendly ladies who were not snobby or rude. They took what goals i wanted consulted with me and combined we came up with an amazing solution. The teamwork between stylist and colourist was also so good as i was getting the best advice on everything. Loved my results and recommended products as well. Everyone is loving my new hair and most importantly I am loving the new me. Will be definitely a regular there from now on. Worth the drive for me too! Pictures showing it at different stages in different lighting and angles.
Probably the worst at communicating. I had a consultation and it was a waste of time. The hairdresser just stood there and barely said a word. I asked several times if I can achieve the look I wanted and she didn't answer me. Just stood there and said "well it's up to you".
I love Element. I had my hair style cut by Asako and then coloured by Jess a few weeks later. Both were friendly and discussed with me what I'd like as well as adding in their own suggestions, and the cut and colour turned out fantastic! Price is reasonable as well, even for long hair. Definitely recommended.
I have been going to Raw Element for years to have my hair cut and colored, and on the odd occasion I don't, I always find myself booking an appointment soon after as I am yet to find another hair stylist who delivers in the same way the girls at Raw Element do. Special mention to Mikaela who never fails to absolutely nail whatever look I ask for, while being really chatty and fun, but always staying extremely professional. I do not trust anyone else to do my hair. I always tell my friends about Raw Element whenever they ask about hair stylists. Guaranteed to be one of the best services you will ever receive!
