I highly recommend Rare Earth Hair. I recently started going to this salon. As I entered the salon for the first time, I received a very warm welcome. The staff are down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure their clients receive the best hair care and service. I am very happy to have discovered Rare Earth Hair - everyone there is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and my stylist Jade is terrific. Rare Earth is the salon I keep coming back to, even after moving a good 30minutes away.  I was recommended this salon over 10 years ago by a friend, and having moved overseas I returned to Melbourne in 2019 - I tried another more local salon to tend to my tresses with less than satisfactory results.  I pulled the pin after three attempts, and made the call back at Rare Earth. I had been away for 3 years, and it was like I never left. My colour was returned to it’s glory an effortless auburn, and I always enjoy the feel of the salon.  Each stylist that looks after me, does their utmost to make me comfortable and welcome. Some days I like a chat, other days I like to zone out and close my eyes listening to the hum around me.  My current stylist, Laura is an absolute delight and does a great job of styling my hair just the way I want it beachy waves with blunt ends   A luxe salon without the pretentiousness.

I have been going to Rare Earth Hair for many many years. The Staff there are like my family. They always take good care of me & make me feel special. I highly recommend this Salon.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Just visited for the first time and had my hair cut with Lucia. So happy I finally found this place! She listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful cut and blow-dry. So happy and will be back again

I would give 10 stars if I could. It was my first time at the salon on Friday and I couldn’t be more thankful.  The friendly customer service, knowledge and outcome was incredible. Thank you to Donna, Laura and the team. Outstanding!

This Salon is the best here in Melbourne. I have been looking for a hair dresser who can understand what is suitable for my hair. Finally I found the right place. Chiara is the best one.

Have been getting my hair cut here on and off for years - highly recommend this place. Really friendly staff and the welcome massage and drink is a nice touch
