I discovered Cam when I was experiencing severe chronic neck, arm and shoulder pain and restriction.   His knowledge of body anatomy, associated injuries, and knowledge and skills associated with prevention and intervention of such injuries and degeneration is amazing.

I highly recommend Cameron and the Rapid Recovery Sports Injury and Massage Clinic team! 

Cam is a magician who has helped restore my dream of hiking Australia's 5330 kilometre Bicentennial National Trail. I was about 600 kilometres into this hike when tibialis anterior tendinopathy (tendinitis) stopped me in my tracks. Determined to return to the trail asap, my weekly appointments with Cam have been essential to getting me back on track.

Cam worked his magic to help me recover from the injury during the rest phase, and gave me the confidence to work hard during training. Each week, after a gruelling exercise regime and building up my daily hiking load, my muscles would be screaming at me in protest. Cam would work me hard to provide the much needed muscle release, allowing me to keep going. Not only, has the injury not returned, I am stronger and have a greater awareness of the muscle mechanics in my legs and what will be needed daily to manage the stresses I will be putting them through. (I wish I could take Cam with me but he is just too big to fit in my pack - haha)

Thank-you Cam! I'm all set and looking forward to recommencing my hike October 20 and will give it my best.
