On my recent stay at INNISFAIL HOSPITAL the nurses were superb. Megan and Michelle were caring and attentive. There were others whose names I did not record.
I’ve been a client with mental health.had a fantastic nurse Jody very professional and knows her job . The doctors are good people and they really know there stuff and they do homework on you witch helps a lot . Very lucky to have these medical people
The hospital nurses, Doctors and Mental Health Workers were AMAZING when I was in a Domestic Voilent relationship. If it wasnt for them, I would be dead and not been able to celebrate my last 3 Birthday's. Thank you to everyone there.
My experience with "Denise" not her real name from mental health / ED was not the best. a She took it upon herself to dispense advice that she was not authorised to do. Only an actual doctor should be advising on medications and diagnostics. Support workers like "Denise" should not. b "Denise" was quite an entitled little unit. When I complained about what she "advised" me to do. They said "she can't be helped". I would have ended up in serious trouble if I had taken her advice. c "Denise" has a golden parachute when it comes to external agencies addressing severe deficiencies in knowledge and appropriate conduct. Who knows what else could have been prevented if they had actually taken a good look at the way she actually conducts herself. She is not a doctor even though she thinks she is. As part of a cover up "Denise" actually didn't refer me to an actual trained professional because she thought her "advice" was sufficient. She was wrong. I never praise the ignorant, especially when their desire to be a real "doctor" come at the expense of patient health and safety. "Denise". Please stay in your lane. You are like a 3 year old doing surgery with chopsticks. That's how much of an expert you are.
We t to Dental clinic for fillings. Very professional and courteous.
I cannot praise the exceptional service and care that was provided to me during my recent stay. The ED staff were very caring and went about the repairs to my arm as the true professionals that they are. The entire staff make you feel welcome and the care was second to none. If your not well you could not be in a better place. Well done ladies and gentlemen.
Over the past seven years I’ve been an in and out patient, I cannot express anything but praise for all the staff, their professionalism, service and care. They do an amazing job. Congratulations Innisfail Hospital and their associated services and departments.
I went in for a operation on Wednesday, The staff all nurses, receptionist, cleaners, Doctors ,the theatre staff all amazing . Simply the best treatment anyone could ask for. If I left anyone out I'm sorry. And the food was excellent, Thankyou Innisfail Hospital Donna Jones Happy patient, little bit sore but happy.
Long waiting time, The cup of tea and sandwich was ok . Being locked in a small room for hours was not helpful , I think there was undue fear of me being non vaccinated was quite alarming for the Dr and staff , by the way I still have an un diagnosed migraine ,to which was relatively associated with a underlying infection from a spike lodged in my abdomen undetected at the time .I drove 900 kms to get medical help , Thank you kindly Dr Catton .
Good place and the food is good and very nice nurse
